Making a booking

The recommended way is to make a booking online; just fill in all the required information and once your payment has been submitted you will receive a reference number for your booking. Please make a note of this. You will also receive an e-Ticket confirming your booking, and with the instructions for your journey, confirmation is sent to you instantly.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. We accept VISA Debit/Credit, MasterCard American Express.

We do not limit the period between the date of placing the order and the trip date. However, we recommend that you book your transfer no earlier than two weeks before the planned date of the transfer.

For children between the ages of 3 and 10 you will need to pay the full price of a seat on a shared shuttle service, as well as our private services.
Childrens ages will be classed as their age on your outbound travel date.
We reserve the right to check childrens ages on their passport. If its found that they are over the age of 10 but received a childs discount price the price difference will need to be paid directly to driver.

Our standard luggage allowance is one piece of hand luggage and one standard suitcase per person. These should not exceed: Suitcase 90cm x 75cm, holdall 56cm x 45cm.
Please note: If you have booked one of our private vehicle options and are bringing a pushchair or foldable wheelchair please ensure your vehicle is large enough e.g. if you are travelling in a party of four people with a pushchair and luggage please ensure you book a vehicle suitable for five people.
Excess Luggage: If you have booked a shared shuttle service sports equipment, such as ski or golf bags, surf boards or bicycles, are classed as excess luggage and may be chargeable.
If you have booked a private vehicle and our partner is unable to fit excess luggage or large suitcases you may be asked to pay for a second vehicle on arrival, payment for the first transport is not refundable, the service is considered completed

Because the time of departure is fixed, depending on the operation of the ferry boats, there is no sense to leave earlier or later

The driver will wait for you up to 2 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 2 hours after landing, please inform us by phone or email. An additional surcharge 200 THB per hour, will apply for a waiting time exceeding 2 hours. If it is past the waiting time and you are not contactable, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued

Payments and refunds

We operate our website with an SSL certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details. When you select to book the website becomes secure, you also have to pass standard 3D secure in order for the booking to be confirmed. For your peace of mind we will not store any of your credit card details.

Cancel a booking

Yes, if you cancel the order no later than 72 hours before the trip, we will refund the prepayment in full, minus the 500 THB commission (for processing and refunding). The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made. The cancellation made in less than 72 hours is non-refundable
Please note - in the case of 'No show' your booking will be non refundable.
Your outbound journey date is the first part of a return journey or the date of a one way journey, depending on your booking.
You cannot cancel your return journey when it is booked as part of a return service after the outbound journey date has passed. Cancellation credit cannot be moved between bookings.

Meeting a driver

Important note: the driver will meet you with the sign showing your first and last names, which you specified during the booking.

If a pick-up place is an AIRPORT, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a HOTEL, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.
