The high-speed Koh Kood Princess ferry was the first sea transport for passengers between the mainland and Koh Kood island, beginning in 2020. The ferry operated from Laem Sok pier on the mainland to Klong Mad Pier on Kood Island and Ao Nid Pier on Ko Mak Island. Later, the Klong Mad pier on Ko Kood ceased to function and all ferries began to moor at the main large pier in the fishing village Ao Salad.
The Koh Kood Princes ferries have several ships, with a capacity of about 120 passengers and a size of 26 meters in length. On board there is a air-conditioned cabin as well as a toilet.
At the moment, ferries depart once a day from the mainland to the island, as well as in the opposite direction, since the ferry is very popular among the local people and tourists, it is advisable to book tickets in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. In 2019, almost all the ferries to Koh Kood increased the price of their tickets, but the Koh Kood Princess still uses its relatively low cost for several years. Therefore, you can easily and quickly order the necessary tickets on our website.
The ferry is working every day, all year round. Of course, there are force majeure circumstances when, due to bad weather conditions, a ferry cannot go to sea, but this is extremely rare. Upon arrival on Koh Kood Island, a taxi to the hotel is included in the price and you do not need to pay for anything extra, transport will take you to your hotel on the island.
